Hi everyone, I'm so grateful that you’ve found your way to my page, 'Healing Roots'. This offering is rooted in my deep love for nature and the wisdom, healing, and unconditional love it provides. I am a qualified Reiki Master and teacher, and began my Reiki training over six years ago. Since then, I’ve had the honour of sharing this healing practice across the world — holding sessions and circles in England, Portugal, France and Central America to name a few. All are welcome here. I believe in the transformative power of energy healing, mind-body connection, and self-love to awaken our relationship with self, spirit, and the earth.
In my work, I embody many roles — energy healer, circle facilitator, herbalist, spiritual mentor, LGBTQ+ activist, and ecological steward. I use my intuitive abilities to communicate with the energies of the Earth, landscapes, and the spirits that dwell within nature. This deep connection informs my practices in sustainable living and allows me to cultivate a more harmonious relationship with the natural world. My calling is to support both the individual and the planet, weaving spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being into a shared path of healing and balance.
